The midpoint an anchor of the three-part complex is the mind / soul, our mind runs off of habits which become skills which became an array of skill sets which become programs which becomes memory an active actioning which manifests through our body and our behaviour our thoughts are shielded by our choice and will we must decide which thoughts which program which habits we allow ourselves to operate on as our energy is obsessive in nature if we do not manage the mind and have full awareness and have full awareness of the mind the mind will manage us and whatever information or coding on a perspective and assimilative level we will access without full control, without full awareness and without full order, it is every man woman and child responsibility to have clarity of thoughts and any thinking that does not align with our life our purpose with the frequency of love or the prosperity of our definity it is important for us to bring these thoughts into management, bring these thoughts into alinement and to discard those thoughts that do not allow us to grow. As we learn and understand the mind we understand that we are beings with free will and free choice and our will and our choice will determine the actions, the direction that our body, our ego, our avatar will move in, and so the highest importance is for the mind/soul is to be aware of the presence of spirit but then also be aware of its responsibility for connecting both three parts a healthy mind a healthy body, a healthy mind a healthy spirit. A disruptive mind, a disruptive spirit, a disruptive mind, and a body that is open to chaos and complete internal annihilation.

Life as we know it, is lived and expressed through the constructs of the physical body, we live as spiritual beings living out our choices desires and will through the body or ego similar to the operations of a car, the gas is the spiritual essence which drives it, the steering wheel and the man or woman strapped within the seat is the mind / soul and the physical body and features of that car is the body, the ego, the body is interchangeable it can be altered, it can be enhanced but it depreciates from its initial creation, when we are born into this 3 dimensional world, we are born almost perfect in form as we age and grow through the timeline of life the body goes through a process of death in which it starts to grow and decay, as we go through life our job, or our duty is to learn to love and respect the body but to not let the concerns of the body and the ego to rule over the mind and spirit, the body and outside body of a car does not control its direction the man driving it and steering it does, the car the body the ego is like a roaring lion who may it devour, who it may maintain dominance over, where in actual fact it is the minds job and duty to beat the body into submission but to also love adorn and respect it, from the things we consume the fuel we put inside, the things we watch, the activities we have and do, the encounters we have on a mental spiritual and sexual level all of these things are put in a balance in which the body wants to have over these choices and these decisions, and so when we realise and see ourself as a three part complex once we are able to manage all 3 elements the body is the last in regards to importance, it is important to understand the essence of the spirit, to manage the essence of the mind and to control the essence of the ego and the body, the three part complex requires this.
