THE PASSENGERS
“The Wondering Spirits of Aletheia”
The Passengers are dimensional beings from the realm of Alethia that have been given a chance to live as a human as part of a recreational experiment, “The Gaia Cycle”. They have the option to pick what they look like; the age their ageing caps at and how long they want to live as humans. Everything else is randomised and is susceptible to change depending on their environment.
The most drastic change is that once they enter their human bodies, they have no recollection of their “True Self”. They’re truly immersed into the human life and they only know who they really are is when they are within a year of their deportation date. This is to keep everybody’s identity safe and not risk the secret getting out.
One Passenger in the story is “Jovanna” who is the first person to be “deported” by Socruna. When her “True Self” is triggered. Whether it was given to her by Eight or Five is unknown, but the strain of her deportation, sends out an unknown distress signal, triggering everybody (other passengers nearby) in a given radius, alarming them of trouble. She displays this by her eyes glowing red.
To humans, passengers would genuinely be hard to find but to the Agents, it isn't hard to spot a passenger amongst a crowd of people.
They usually have small imperfections, like random birthmarks, elf-like ears, deformed bodies, some are extremely short, whilst others freakishly tall. Other than physical appearance, they can be spotted for their often unconventional fashion choices. Like wearing a hoodie in the summer, or a vest in winter, over glamorized coats, shades indoors, and accessory straight out of a catwalk. For some reason, they are all coded to stand out making themselves the outcasts and weirdos of society. The rebellious ones or social aliens.

THE EYES
Another unique ability for Agents and the aforementioned Jovanna is that their eyes glow certain colours to activate abilities or mindsets.
White– Intrapersonal Communication (during meditation)
Blue – Teleportation (Eight-Long Distance & Five-Short Distance)
Orange – Telepathy (Five)
Red – Emergency/Distress (Passengers)
Black – Fighting/War (Eight, Five & Undeported Passengers)

SOCIAL MISFITS
“It’s not really hard to spot a Passenger. I don’t even have to use my tracking anymore. Just look for the girl wearing a bomber jacket on a hot summer’s day, or the man wearing an evening gown strutting through a dangerous favela.”
