For most of my life, I’ve had an inquisitive mind, a kind that is always pushing me to question things, people, situations, and the environment around me. 

If I have not known something I would always ask “please educate me” it was Socrates that wrote that “the wise man is the man that knows nothing at all” and so I released that if I wanted to grow wisdom I will have to keep asking questions and always remain humble knowing that every person I meet was a potential teacher with this inquisitive mind and my natural ability of intuition my 32 years on the Earth has been a life spend of great discovery in which death & rebirth has been a continuous cycle. 

I learned early on that if you’re going to fall, fall fast and fall hard and learn your lessons and so I’d always journal and seek an understanding of every situation I would go through. 

Growing up in a spiritual family as a child of two pastors and ministers in a family I have been exposed to a great depth of spiritual knowledge which I have also expanded upon myself through other religious studies. 

In my physical world, I have worked with some of the greatest names and companies and I have been surrounded by high achievers in both academics and the arts, this dual experience has helped me accumulate a wealth of knowledge and has tested and pushed my mind through many battles and hurdles of which has allowed me to discover and understand the three parts of our reality on a deeper depth and level. 

Also becoming a writer and having to study and understand the human experience, research and investigation is a part of my everyday life and so this book of self-mastery is a compilation of hidden secrets of how I’ve learned to become a 360 Artist, but most importantly manage my mind, my spirit life force energy to help manage my physical body.
